Patients are responsible for all fees associated with their treatment, regardless of insurance coverage. While we are happy to assist with insurance claims, your financial responsibility is determined by your individual plan and benefits.

As a convenience, our office will submit claims to your insurance company and monitor their progress on your behalf. Please notify us of any changes to your insurance coverage, as patients remain responsible for all charges regardless of insurance benefits. Most insurance providers process claims within four to six weeks, and any balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
